Handwritten annotated "Please Credit Photo / Elliott Erwitt - Magnum" in blue ink on the reverse. Erwitt captured a remarkable beautiful image of actress Grace Kelly at her engagement party with Prince Rainier of Monaco at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York in January 1956.
