It carries a different design such as the design of the front rim, front glass and aperture ring, focusing ring tab and the engraving style. In mint condition with rear lens cap.

Der Prototyp des Elmarit-M 2.8/24mm ASPH wurde bereits 1992/93 von Ernst Leitz Canada hergestellt. Die Produktion in Deutschland begann erst 1996. Das Objektiv unterscheidet sich im Design des Frontringes, der Vorderlinse und des Blendenrings, der Fokussierung und dem Gravurstil. In neuwertigem Zustand mit hinterem Objektivdeckel.
