Chilean documentary photographer Tomás Munita is mainly dedicated to social and environmental issues, so far he has worked mainly in Latin America, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. He contributed to major publications such as The New York Times, Geo, Time, National Geographic, Stern, Der Spiegel, and he was rewarded with several awards. For nine months, he travelled around war-stricken Afghanistan, made possible thanks to a long-term assignment for The Associated Press.
