The rest of the nanny Mary Warner with Lotte, the photographer's youngest daughter, on a hilltop behind which a Tyrolean summer landscape stretches out, is a superb example of Kühn's pictorialist art photography, in which staging merges with immediacy and naturalness with abstraction. The figure of Mary, reclining across the image width in her dark dress and huge sun hat with a bow, forms a chain of hills herself, so to speak; the seated child, leaning affectionately towards the reclining figure, functions as the main element both motifically and compositionally.

Auf einer Hügelkuppe, hinter der sich eine Tiroler Sommer-Landschaft erstreckt, rastet das Kindermädchen Mary Warner mit Lotte, der jüngsten Tochter des Fotografen – Kühns Darstellung ist ein hervorragendes Beispiel für seine piktorialistische Kunstfotografie, in der Inszenierung mit Unmittelbarkeit und Naturnähe mit Abstraktion verschmelzen. Die Figur der quer über die Bildbreite lagernden Mary mit ihrem dunklen Kleid und einem riesigen Sonnenhut mit Masche bildet selbst gleichsam eine Hügelkette; das sitzende, der Liegenden freundlich zugeneigte Kind fungiert motivisch wie kompositorisch als Hauptelement.
