The offered first type Leica with the 5-element Anastigmat lens is one of the cleanest we have seen, featuring 6-speed shutter, first version viewfinder with flat eyepiece, the early knobs, mushroom release, counter dial to 40, the lens with datum line and the first type leather covering, which are as expected for this early camera. Base plate is slightly later and ratched wind was updated. The paintwork is fully original with gentle brassing on the edges, shutter works perfectly, with black cap and ETRIN case.
