Signed, titled, exposure and printing date, »Picasso at home Villa La Californie« annotated by the photographer on the lower mount, his copyright stamp in red, also signed and dedicated »For my treasured friend Michel Sola. This is one of my first prints of Picasso, made for the first maquettes for my first book about my new great friend: "The Private World of Pablo Picasso". The morning we met, first shot. The print - like photographer and veteran editor - is somewhat bruised and battered today, which is why I now bring it to your home and understanding hands. DDD« on the reverse
