Born in Brescia, Sorlini began making films at the beginning of the 1970s in Spain. Since 1985 he has been professionally involved in photography and contributed to international exhibitions from 1993. In his photographic work he is focussing in particular on the visual examination of vibrations and emotions, often inspired by oriental philosophy and mythology, and attempt to examine the origins of humanity.
